Welcome!
About nine years ago, I co-founded a student-led nonprofit with some high school friends to promote cultural awareness. While managing the club, I became deeply interested in how people work together effectively — and how we can make those experiences better. That growing curiosity led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which I completed in 2025.
Today, I’m aspiring to build a career as an I/O consultant, helping organizations reach their goals while improving employee well-being and engagement.
This blog is my space to share insights about the field of I/O Psychology, document my learning journey, and reflect on experiences from graduate school. Whether you’re a fellow student, a curious professional, or a future employer, I hope you find value in these stories, ideas, and practical tips.
Thanks for stopping by!
