My journey

My journey began 9 years ago, when I co-founded a student nonprofit to promote cultural awareness called Y Project. That experience sparked my lasting interest in how we work together effectively. However, the idea to become an Industrial Organizational Psychology Practitioner didn’t come to me until after college, when I tried to look for a career that allows me to apply Psychological research in real life but not Clinical.

My journey had lots of twist and turns, and of course, many detours. However, it helps me acquire a variety of skillsets (including how to design this blog), approach challenges in multiple perspectives, and learn new things quickly.

I truly believe in the power of self-realization by getting involved – whether it is a club on campus. non-profit organization, or a company. I would suggest anyone who is still finding their niche actively seek out for opportunities and see themselves in the position that they think they are interested in. Think less, and do more!
