My journey
The idea to become an Industrial Organizational Psychology Practitioner didn’t come to me until after college, when I already tried out all the fields that I was interested in and realized all I wanted to focus on was how to make people more satisfied and how to make things more efficient.
My journey had lots of twist and turns, and of course, many detours. However, it helps me acquire a variety of skillsets (including how to design this blog), approach challenges in multiple perspectives, and learn new things quickly.
I truly believe in the power of self-realization by getting involved – whether it is a club on campus. non-profit organization, or a company. I would suggest anyone who is still finding their niche actively seek out for opportunities and see themselves in the position that they think they are interested in. Think less, and do more!
